Runnez

Fun, Intensity, Indoor Group Interval Training on Treadmills. For beginners through to advanced runners.

Suited to any level of fitness, Tuesday & Thursday Evenings @ 7.30 pm, 45 min session

Brian is a qualified Runnez Coach, which is a indoor training running session on treadmills. This 45 minutes sessions is aimed at any fitness & runners level, from beginners to elite. The focus is on introducing or improving running technique, increasing fitness, interval training, increasing Vo2 max & helping all athletes meet their goals within a structured training environment - all whilst having fun!

Pilates with Rochelle
Friday Mornings @10am

Enjoy the relaxing yet invigorating Pilates sessions with the very experienced Rochelle. With focus on an allover body workout including flexibility, core and breathing techniques.

$10 for Members $15 for non Members

Yoga with Mary

Slow Flow & Yin
Saturday Mornings
9.30am to 10.30am

A mellow class, that offers mix of slow flow vinyasa and floor-based yin postures. Spaces are limited, to reserve your spot in your preferred class, please call or text Mary on 0406 892 750.

Mat, blocks and yoga straps are provided for both classes but please feel free to BYO mat if you have one.

$10 per class. Non members welcome.

Kinetic Link Training

Are you time poor? Well we have the workout for you! "Kinetic Link Training" is a 30 minute functional training session. Kinetic Link Training targets the whole body, with each exercise giving you the best workout & results possible within your limited time frame.

Rehabilitation & PT

Come in and book a session with our rehabilitation & running expert Brian! Boasting 22 years of Martial Arts teaching experience, Brian is a qualified Master Rehab Trainer, Level 2 Exercise Professional, accredited in Core And Pelvic Floor Foundations, Myofascial Release, fitness for older people & Triathlon Coaching. Brian uses Postural Analysis to diagnose deficiencies in techniques of clients. We can also liaise with your therapist to discuss your needs.
