Brian is a qualified Runnez Coach, which is a indoor training running session on treadmills. This 45 minutes sessions is aimed at any fitness & runners level, from beginners to elite. The focus is on introducing or improving running technique, increasing fitness, interval training, increasing Vo2 max & helping all athletes meet their goals within a structured training environment - all whilst having fun!

Come in and book a session with our rehabilitation & running expert Brian! Boasting 22 years of Martial Arts teaching experience, Brian is a qualified Master Rehab Trainer, Level 2 Exercise Professional, accredited in Core And Pelvic Floor Foundations, Myofascial Release, fitness for older people & Triathlon Coaching. Brian uses Postural Analysis to diagnose deficiencies in techniques of clients. We can also liaise with your therapist to discuss your needs.
